Chargers hire Rams DC Brandon Staley as head coach

Staley agreed to become the Los Angeles Chargers' coach on Sunday night after one season as the defensive coordinator for the crosstown Rams. โItโs not just that Brandon possesses a tremendous football mind that makes him the ideal head coach to lead our team forward,โ general manager Tom Telesco said in a statement. He is the third assistant under Rams coach Sean McVay to get an NFL head coaching job, joining Green Bay's Matt LaFleur and Cincinnati's Zac Taylor.
Osceola County schools consolidating meal distribution sites

The school district says it intends to provide free breakfast and lunch to virtual learning students through the rest of the semester but will be adjusting its curbside meal program next month. Elementary schools and Zenith Accelerated Learning Academy serving times are 9-9:30 a.m., middle school serving times are 10-10:30 a.m. and high school serving times are 3:30-4:30 p.m.District officials say Tuesday meals will be bundled with two breakfasts and two lunches per child. Current student ID card, birth certificate or any state-issued ID or passport are acceptable, OCPS officials said.
29-year-old motorcyclist dies in crash in Sumter County
SUMTER COUNTY, Fla. โ A 29-year male from Brandon, Florida died in a motorcycle accident on I-75 in Sumter County, according to Florida Highway Patrol. Authorities said the man was riding his motorcycle on I-75, just north of exit 321, when the accident happened. The driver lost control of the motorcycle and collided with the guardrail in the northbound lane, according to troopers. The driver was ejected from the motorcycle and suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash. Authorities did not give a reason for the crash happening.
Mystery lingers after 3 beaten, killed during Florida fishing trip
FROSTPROOF, Fla. โ Investigators are now offering a $30,000 reward for clues in a mysterious triple homicide in Polk County. According to the Polk County Sheriffโs Office, Damion Tillman, 23, Brandon Rollins, 27, and Keven Springfield, 30, were found dead late Friday in Frostproof, where the best friends had met to go on a fishing trip. Deputies said Rollins had called his dad and said, โHelp.โโHis dad knew Brandon had gone fishing with his two friends, Kevin and Damion. When he arrived, he found his son Brandon barely alive, and his two friends deceased,โ Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. The Sheriffโs Office said thereโs no evidence the killings were drug-related or domestic in nature.
3 men beaten, killed during fishing trip in Frostproof, deputies say
POLK COUNTY, Fla. โ The Polk County Sheriffโs Office is investigating a triple homicide in Frostproof. According to deputies, Damion Tillman, 23, Keven Springfield, 30, and Brandon Rollins, 27, were found dead with upper body trauma. The bodies were found near Lake Streety Road and U.S. Highway 27. โHis dad knew Brandon had gone fishing with his two friends, Kevin and Damion. Brandonโs dad drove to Lake Streety Road.
