Even though voters have had months to think about who they will vote for, Clark said this final debate was still a big deal. Tuesday marked the first presidential debate between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden, and University of Central Florida history professor Dr. Jim Clark said he has never seen a debate like this. Clark mentioned Biden called Trump a liar three times in the first hour of the debate. He said Biden and Trump are trying to get their supporters to the polls. “I’ve never heard the word clown in a presidential debate,” he said.

Beshears talked about how coronavirus rules will be enforced, the feedback he’s received from bar owners and patrons and his thoughts on avoiding another shutdown. The coronavirus pandemic forced restaurants all across Central Florida to close their dining rooms and switch to a delivery and pick-up only model. Those funds ended up coming through, but he still faces issues making ends meet for business.
