Blanchard was last seen wearing a black and white dress and was driving a white 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Louisiana license plate number #H388373, deputies said. Man allegedly shoots, kills brother in Osceola County
KISSIMMEE, Fla. – A man turned himself in to authorities after he allegedly shot and killed his brother in Osceola County on Friday, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said Alberto Ducos Jr. has been taken into custody after his brother, Jonathan Ducos, was found with a gunshot wound in front of 1131 Doncaster Court in Kissimmee. Jonathan Ducos was later pronounced dead after being transported to Poinciana Medical Center, deputies said. The brothers were engaged in a verbal argument before the shooting, deputies said. Alberto Ducos fled the scene before turning himself in Saturday, deputies said.

Investigators said Gloria Boccio was behind the wheel of an Osceola County Sheriff's Office cruiser on the morning of Oct. 5, 2018. An internal affairs investigation conducted by the Osceola County Sheriff's Office concluded Boccio had been involved in at least five incidents with her vehicles within the first 18 months she worked as a deputy. According to the final report, Boccio maintained that her brakes failed that morning, causing her to crash into Johnston's truck. "When it went straight down, and I picked it back up, I know for a fact I went into straight panic mode because I didn't know where to go."

Sex offender accused of abusing juvenile in Florida
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - A registered sex offender from Maine is accused of abusing a girl in Central Florida on two occasions, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said the juvenile victim reported the abuse Sept. 28. She said Wesley Allan Churchill, a registered sex offender, abused her once in Orange County and once in Osceola County, a news release said. United States marshals arrested Churchill in Seminole County on Wednesday on a capital sexual battery charge. Records show Churchill, 39, was convicted of gross sexual assault in Maine in 2004.
Man faces attempted murder charge in Osceola shooting
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - A man arrested in connection with a Kissimmee-area shooting is facing an attempted first-degree murder charge, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said Jarmar Francis shot Bernard Ferguson, 37, near Dolphin Street and North Brack Street around 3 a.m. on Sept. 28. Ferguson was found lying on the side of the road, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, a news release said. Man exposed himself to juvenile outside Aldi, deputies say
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - A man exposed himself to a juvenile outside an Aldi grocery store then drove away, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said the victim was at the store on Buenaventura Boulevard in Kissimmee around 1 p.m. Sunday when the man pulled up in a silver four-door sedan, made eye contact with the juvenile and exposed himself. The victim immediately looked away and the man drove off, according to the report. He's described as 20 to 30 years old, with short dark hair and dark eyes. Plane was in distress for an hour before victims were found, records show
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - A plane that crashed Wednesday in Osceola County had been emitting a distress signal for about an hour before the two victims were found, according to records released by the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said when they arrived at about 1:06 p.m., they found the single-engine Velocity XL-RG-5 upside down in the grass. Sue Cabiroy was stuck in the plane, likely with two broken legs, but her head and chest were outside of the aircraft. He told deputies he suffered a dislocated hip, a broken hip and internal injuries. It's unclear what caused the plane to crash.

Elderly couple found dead in Osceola County home, deputies say
CELEBRATION, Fla. - An elderly couple was found dead in their Celebration home Thursday morning after a possible murder-suicide, deputies say. Osceola County Sheriff Russ Gibson said an 84-year-old man and 83-year-old woman were found dead at their Celebration home, located at Eastpark Drive, around 5 a.m. The man was found on the backyard lawn, and the woman was found inside the residence. Deputies found a gun at the scene, but the cause of death has not yet been determined by a medical examiner, Gibson said. The married couple is not being identified at this time because it is an active investigation, Gibson said.
Roommates accused of lewd battery on 14-year-old child
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - A pair of roommates are accused of committing lewd battery on a 14-year-old child, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. When authorities went to Yucatan Place in Poinciana on Sunday, they said Howell admitted to the lewd battery. He was arrested that day and Maynard was arrested the next day based on information that came to light during the investigation, a news release said. They both face a charge of lewd and lascivious battery on a victim 12 to 16 years of age. Arrests made in Kissimmee shooting that left 31-year-old man dead
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - Two men have been arrested in connection with a shooting last month that killed a 31-year-old man, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. On July 5, deputies said they were called to Sonoma Pointe Apartments and found Harold Jones III suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. On Friday, deputies announced the arrests of Darrion Ford and Raekwon Thomas. Ford faces a first-degree murder charge, while Thomas was arrested on a charge of accessory after the fact in a capital felony. Both are being held without bond at the Osceola County Jail.
Deputies: Person robbed, kidnapped during drug deal
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - A person who was attempted to buy drugs was instead kidnapped at gunpoint and forced to withdraw money from an ATM, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. The victim was forced to drive to an ATM to withdraw cash and was also robbed, a news release said. Deputies said Lopez and Acevedo had the victim's stolen property in their possession when they were arrested. Acevedo also had a gun, according to authorities.
