Psychology professor Laurie Santos introduced the in-person version of the class at Yale, and she also teaches the online course. A video of a white woman calling the cops on a black man in New York Cityโs Central Park has gone viral. The video shows that the woman did not want to be recorded and she threatened to call the cops as she approached the man. After the video went viral, the woman was identified and her employer issued a statement, according to CBS. Cheetah gives birth to record-breaking 8 cubs
The St. Louis Zoo announced Wednesday it has delivered the zoo's largest litter of cheetah cubs, The Associated Press reported. Bingwa, a 4-year-old cheetah, gave birth to the eight cubs -- three male and five female -- on Nov. 26, the AP reported. The average litter size is three to four cubs, the AP reported. Of the 430 litters it has documented, the Association of Zoos and Aquariums said it's the first time a cheetah mom has birthed and raised her own litter of eight cubs at a zoo, the AP reported. The zoo said Bingwa -- which means "champion" in Swahili -- has been an "exemplary" mom to the cubs, which are all doing well, the AP reported.
'Beverly Hillbillies' house for sale
The home that appeared in "The Beverly Hillbillies" is for sale -- and is the most expensive house on the market in the U.S. According to Vanity Fair, the show's producers filmed on the property, then owned by Beverly Wilshire hotelier Arnold Kirkeby, for $500 a day. Though, most of the scenes were filmed on replica sets of the interior and rear of the house. Most recently, it was owned by the late Univision CEO, Jerry Prenchio, who bought the building from Kirkeby in 1986 for $13.5 million. At the time, it was the second most expensive home sold in Los Angeles history, Los Angeles Magazine reported.

A couple who failed to sell their Catskills vacation home made the cabin a prize in an essay contest last year. But after fewer than 600 people paid $149 and wrote a 200-word essay to enter the Win Lakefront Dream Home contest, they have canceled it altogether. If it had met that threshold, the contest would have garnered $820,000 for the two-bedroom cabin in Bethel, New York. The New Jersey couple who organized the contest, Andrew Bares and Kelly Lavorgna, will keep the entrants' $49 administrative fee. The couple spent about $50,000 to create and administer the contest.
Motorcyclist tumbles after encountering highway debris
A Minnesota man narrowly escaped catastrophe after he encountered an object that came lose from a boat being towed on the highway. "I didn't want to just swerve and possibly hit a car and get run over so I tried to get to the furthest part of the right of my lane," Jankowski said. Jankowski was wearing a helmet and motorcycle jacket that he had bought that very day. "I happened to use the jacket I just bought to help save me quite a bit of pain." A good samaritan, who happened to have a dashboard camera, stopped to help Jankowski.
