Anchors Matt Austin, Julie Broughton and Ginger Gadsden decided to read hate comments they have received on social media. Broughton said one viewer was not a fan of her outfits. A different viewer said Austin and Donald Duck wear the same suit. Austin said he noticed a trend when it comes to people who say mean things about him. โPeople donโt believe the power of their words when they say things like that,โ Gadsden said.
Val Demings open to running for office outside of US House
ORLANDO, Fla. โ U.S. Rep. Val Demings hinted she is open to serving in public office beyond the U.S. House of Representatives. During an interview with News 6 anchor Ginger Gadsden, the congresswoman expressed her intent to remain in public service, seemingly open with any opportunities that come her way. โI will continue to do what I have always done when I make decision(s) about next moves. Demings also served as a House impeachment manager during former President Donald Trumpโs first impeachment trial. โWeโll decide whether thatโs in the House or move to a different place.

"The first thing you need to be is aware," said former Lake Mary police officer and self-defense expert Zach Hudson. But you have to remember to do all of that in just the few seconds that you have to react, so which most are most effective? Friedman said heel palms, elbow strikes and knee strikes do a lot of damage and can be an equalizer.
