Fantasy Basketball Trade Analyzer: RJ Barrett and other shooting trends to consider

His 3-point shooting is nosediving. His midrange and 3-point shooting are the weaknesses thus far. Across his previous two seasons in Milwaukee, Holiday has averaged 18.0 points on 50.2% shooting, featuring 40.2% 3-point shooting — undoubtedly the two best seasons of his career. A final point on Barnes' production: His battling through a sophomore slump is fair. That is ghastly, uncharacteristic 3-point shooting from Hield.

Holiday may be piece to a 2nd basketball championship puzzle

“I’ve actually held them, so I don’t know if that’s bad luck or bad Juju or whatever, but they’re beautiful,” Holiday said. Now the guard for the U.S. men's basketball team is in position to have two pieces of championship hardware of his own. And if the Americans do win again, a big reason will be because Holiday was once again the final piece to a championship puzzle. Despite not even having 24 hours with the team, Holiday was the Americans' best player in their 83-76 loss to France in their opener with 18 points and seven rebounds. “I definitely wanted to be a part of the USA team and win the gold medal," Holiday said.

US trio puts NBA Finals behind, turns focus to Olympic gold

Devin Booker, Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton were together on a plane to Tokyo, just days after they had played in the hard-fought NBA Finals. So, with all that time to kill on the way to the Olympics, how much talk was about the NBA Finals? I have a lot of respect for those guys and when you’re competing at the highest level, it doesn’t always go your way,” Booker said. The opening loss could make things more difficult for the Americans, but Middleton and Holiday know about digging out of tough spots. The Bucks overcame 2-0 holes in the second round and then again in the NBA Finals.

Holiday's steal and alley-oop pass to Giannis Antetokounmpo for a dunk sealed a wild Game 5 and gave the Bucks a 123-119 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Saturday night. The Bucks fought their way out of an early 16-point hole by flirting with the best-shooting night in NBA Finals history, but then won it by making a huge defensive play for the second straight game. With Suns' stars rolling, Bucks must be better in NBA Finals

NBA Finals Basketball Phoenix Suns' Deandre Ayton (22) attempts a shot ahead of Milwaukee Bucks' Brook Lopez (11) during the first half of Game 1 of basketball's NBA Finals, Tuesday, July 6, 2021, in Phoenix. When all three are rolling the way they were in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, it’s easy to see why this could finally be the Suns’ championship chance. But the Bucks certainly can expect better from Holiday, who missed 10 of his 14 shots and finished with just 10 points in the Suns' 118-105 victory. Budenholzer said that's the challenge of getting three players going at once. The Bucks eventually got through those series and the Suns expect them to be better in Game 2 of this one.

The Bucks are in the Eastern Conference finals against Atlanta; the Suns are facing the Los Angeles Clippers in the Western Conference finals. Middleton, Holiday and Booker are planning to join the team once their NBA seasons end.
